Ronald Chitatanga is a medical doctor, epidemiologist, and public health advisor with extensive experience in health systems strengthening, infectious disease epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance, policy development, implementation science, surveillance systems, and strategic public health advisory services.
His professional experience spans clinical practice, national public health programs, donor-funded initiatives, and government institutions, providing him with a unique perspective on translating evidence into policy and implementation at national, regional, and international levels. He currently leads the Health Systems and Policy Advisory Unit.

Kisa Mwangonde

Digital Health and Innovation
Kisa Mwangonde is an Information Technology specialist with expertise in digital health systems, health information technologies, systems implementation, and digital transformation.
She has extensive experience supporting the design, deployment, and management of digital innovations within the health sector, having worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to implement large-scale digital health solutions that strengthened pharmaceutical and vaccine supply chain management across Malawi. She has led the deployment and technical support of digital platforms serving more than 2,000 healthcare workers, delivered nationwide capacity-building initiatives, and provided technical consultancy services to United Nations agencies in digital systems implementation, health information management, and technology adoption.
Her expertise spans digital transformation strategy, data analytics and visualization, systems support, ICT governance, and workforce capacity development, enabling institutions to leverage technology for stronger health systems and
